A. Media & Files (User-Selected Content)
Our application allows users to select images and files for:
- Image Compression & Resizing
- Image to PDF Conversion
- Passport Size Photo Maker
- AI Photo Enhancement
- Document Utilities
Local Processing: For image compression, PDF creation, passport photo cropping, and calculation utilities, files are processed locally on your device whenever possible.
AI Enhancement: For AI Photo Enhancement features, images selected by the user may be securely transmitted to third-party AI processing services (such as Replicate API) solely for generating enhanced results and returning the processed image to the user.
We do not sell, share, or permanently store uploaded images for advertising purposes.
B. Camera Access
If you choose to capture an image using your device camera (for instance, in the Passport Photo Maker), camera permission is used only for that action. The app does not access the camera in the background.
C. Automatically Collected Technical Data
Third-party services integrated into the application may automatically collect limited technical information such as:
- Device Model and Manufacturer
- Operating System Version
- App Performance Data and Crash Reports
- Advertising Identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID)

3. AI Image Enhancement Services
Some AI-powered enhancement tools within Smart Corner AI use external AI processing services.
When you choose to enhance an image:
- The selected image is securely sent via encrypted HTTPS to Replicate API or equivalent AI service providers.
- The image is processed temporarily in memory solely for generating the requested enhanced output.
- The resulting image is returned to your device.
- We do not use uploaded images for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
By using AI Enhancement features, you consent to this temporary processing.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Smart Corner AI displays advertisements using Google AdMob to support and provide free utility tools.
Current ad formats may include:
- MREC Banner Ads (300x250)
- Rewarded Ads
- Future AdMob Ad Formats
Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect anonymous advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID), IP address, and device information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and performance measurement.
Opt-Out & Privacy Controls: You can manage or reset your advertising identifier and opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings:

Files processed locally remain on your device unless deleted by you.
Images temporarily processed through AI enhancement services are handled in transient memory only for generating requested results and are not stored permanently.
Technical logs and analytics data are retained according to the policies of Google, Firebase, AdMob, and other service providers.

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the application, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS). However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
